Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 May 2026  ·  Omnis Protocol  ·  England, UK

1. Who we are

Omnis Protocol is operated as a sole trader registered in England, United Kingdom. We provide a real-time on-chain agent intelligence service that scores wallet addresses on the Base network. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@omnisprotocol.io.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use the Omnis Protocol website and dashboard:

  • Wallet addresses submitted for lookup — when you enter a wallet address into the lookup tool, that address is used to query our index. Wallet addresses are public blockchain identifiers and do not, on their own, constitute personal data under the UK GDPR. We do not link addresses to your identity.
  • Analytics metadata — we collect basic usage data such as page views, country-level region, and referrer information. We do not use fingerprinting, device identifiers, or cross-site tracking.
  • Contact emails — if you email us at hello@omnisprotocol.io or submit a contact form, we collect your email address and the content of your message for the purpose of responding to you.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect or store any of the following:

  • User accounts, usernames, or passwords
  • Payment or financial data
  • Cookies beyond functional session requirements
  • Browser fingerprints or device identifiers
  • Personal identifiers tied to wallet addresses

4. Lawful basis for processing

We rely on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018:

  • Legitimate interests — for analysis of public blockchain data. On-chain wallet activity is public by design, and analysing it for agent detection serves a legitimate interest in improving transparency and security in decentralised finance. We have conducted a legitimate interests assessment and concluded that our processing does not override the fundamental rights of individuals.
  • Consent — for any email communications or marketing correspondence. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

5. How we use your data

We use the information collected to:

  • Provide real-time wallet scoring and behavioural analysis
  • Improve the accuracy of our scoring models
  • Respond to support enquiries and feedback
  • Understand how the dashboard is used (anonymised analytics only)

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

6. Data retention

  • Blockchain data — on-chain wallet records (addresses, transaction hashes, event data) are public and permanent on the blockchain. Our derived scoring data is retained for as long as the service is operational.
  • Analytics metadata — retained for 90 days, then aggregated or deleted.
  • Contact emails — retained until you request deletion, or until we determine the correspondence is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights in relation to any personal data we hold about you:

  • Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to erasure — you may request deletion of personal data we hold, subject to our legal obligations.
  • Right to data portability — where applicable, you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@omnisprotocol.io. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Third-party services

Omnis Protocol may use third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting and CDN services) who process data on our behalf. All providers are contractually required to handle data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements. We do not use third-party analytics services that track individuals across websites.

9. Children

Omnis Protocol is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us at hello@omnisprotocol.io and we will delete it promptly.

10. Paid tiers and future services

No paid tiers are currently active. If paid features are introduced in the future, a separate privacy notice covering any additional data processing will be published before those features launch.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Contact

For any privacy-related enquiries, contact us at hello@omnisprotocol.io.
